Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, or internationally.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address at our discretion, including states or regions where additional regulatory restrictions apply to research peptides.

2. Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM Mountain Time are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

3. Carriers and Transit Times

We ship from our facility in the central/mountain United States via [USPS / UPS / FedEx — confirm carrier].

  • Standard shipping — 3 to 5 business days transit. Flat rate or weight-based.
  • Expedited shipping — 2 business days transit. Rate calculated at checkout.
  • Overnight — 1 business day transit. Available on request, rate calculated at checkout.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for carrier-side delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method. Orders totaling $200 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.

5. Handling & Cold-Chain

All products are shipped lyophilized (freeze-dried) and are stable at ambient temperatures during typical transit. For orders shipped during periods of extreme heat (above 90°F at destination), we may add thermal insulation at no charge. Customers in extreme climates may request expedited shipping to minimize transit exposure.

6. Tracking

A tracking number is provided with each shipment via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to populate in the carrier’s system. If your tracking has not updated within 48 hours, contact [email protected].

7. Delivery Issues

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. For damaged or lost shipments, refer to our Refund Policy. Claims must be submitted within the timeframes specified there.

8. Restricted Destinations Within the U.S.

Certain U.S. states have additional restrictions on specific research compounds. We may decline to ship particular products to:

  • Addresses where the compound is restricted by state law.
  • Addresses flagged by our fraud-prevention systems.
  • Addresses where prior orders have resulted in delivery issues or chargebacks.

If your address is in a restricted region, we will notify you and refund the order in full.

9. Discreet Packaging

All shipments are packaged in plain, unbranded outer materials. The shipping label and any external markings do not reference the product category or its contents.
